This was my second stay at the hotel while attending a real estate conference in Orlando, and once again, everything was excellent. This time, I had a complicated reservation situation. I needed to stay for three nights, but when I booked, availability was only showing for my first and third nights. I was actually preparing myself to pack up, move to another hotel for one night, and then come back — definitely not something you want to deal with in the middle of a busy conference! The staff went above and beyond to help me. They found a way for me to stay all three nights without having to change hotels, and I truly appreciated the care and attention they showed. Thanks to them, I could focus completely on the conference and had an incredibly productive few days. The service has been excellent both times I’ve stayed here, the location is very convenient, and the entire experience has been consistently great. This is now my #1 hotel in Orlando, and I know exactly where I’ll be staying the next time I’m in town. Highly recommended

15 minutes from the airport. Ate at Calla Bella and the waitress who was pregnant was a little moody but that's to be understood. The restaurant accommodated us to all fit at 1 table as we were a party of 12. The food was divine! Our room was comfy and cool and recently renovated. I LOVED the under the bed lighting which is great for going to the bathroom at night. The pool was so nice and warm at night. The food at the pool bar and 18 Monroe deli was ALL DELICIOUS! The bellman Angel Bruno assisted and took care of us when we need to weigh our luggage. He then helped us privately rearrange things in our luggage because we were overweight for our flight. Wonderful relaxing experience! Would definitely stay here again!

My stay with 3 kids aged 11-15 was exceptional.- From Ronald, the engaging security guard who gave us a lift in the parking lot, the check-in staff, to guest services who brought us an extra rolling bed, all of the staff members were professional and courteous. I've stayed here probably 6 times over a decade and as always, the rooms are clean, the amenities such as pool towel service are well attended to, and the property doesn't disappoint. We had dinner at the Mexican restaurant on site which was hopping for a Tuesday night- our waitress was so patient with the highly kid modified taco orders, the manager checked on us twice and the food was soooo good. At 10 PM the pool and outdoor bar were lively and fun. We had a great time!
